Is that maybe a reaction which was clicked within Amethyst's "swipe up" image/video viewer tab?
Btw, I've just noticed that I've never used it for more than one or two swipes. I'm instantly losing interest without any text. 🤷♂️

It’s likely just a display thing in the app you’re using - it’s still a note
