Is there a safe way to create an account or login to a site with your nsec? Are you guys all raw dogging it or is there a way to use a rubber?

Dudes just raw doggin. I tried it once I didn’t like the risk now I just create new keys
I refuse to login to anything that doesn't support Nip07
Do you know of any guides/resources for that?
Just install Nostr Connect or Alby (if you also need a Lightning wallet too) for Chrome or Firefox.
