100%. Lack of privacy in one domain always seeps into other domains, on account of you having one physical body which moves about in the world, and eats things, and whatnot. People often fall into the trap of "well I've taken care of one domain, job done".
Either you live by an oasis the middle of the Sahara desert or your physical body is leaving a trail that leads to where it is now and is one that you can never cover up.
