What did your spring forage look like this year? We had enough fiddleheads for gifting and freezing. I also think corn lily greens are the most underrated spring find. 😋

Nicely done. Found some leaks too. Sadly we missed out the fiddleheads.
But we got an early flush of chicken of the wood’s mushroom.

It certainly is early - I can’t wait for mushroom season here!!
Depending on your area. Saddle backs or pheasant backs are out.
They are easy once you learn the key features.

I haven't had any fiddle heads yet, this year. My parents were supposed to bring some when they visited, but that got postponed.
