A lot of people feel hurt and betrayed, because their friends, family, colleagues, etc. turned on them for expressing completely reasonable concerns.
I agree that running victory laps isn't helping anything, but I think it's hard for those who were forced out of society to regain any compassion for the people who did that to them.
It would be great if we could start acknowledging that the people who fell for all the propaganda, despite their poor behavior, are also victims of it.
I totally agree, I feel the same pain, but I also realise that nothing is going to change without a realisation of what I’m saying, it’s a constant feedback loop which inadvertently fuels the same thing we want to get rid of, those who advocated this stuff where either 1. falsely betrayed by the same corrupt system we live in, or 2. corrupt egotistical and power hungry elites who benefit from the SAME system.
It will continue to drift society apart if we carry on with this notion of Us vs Them… stop fighting, educate.
