I would like to know your opinion about cross posting on different platforms.
I post exclusively here (with a few exceptions and promos of Nostr elsewhere) so that we can get our audiences on Nostr.
It seemed you do the same.
But lately you started posting the same stuff here and on Twitter. How do you think about it? Wouldn’t it be more beneficial to get people here by putting your thoughts only on Nostr? 🤙

On a real note, the tactic is overused in my opinion, and I don't think that RFK Jr is going to "go the distance", so to speak, by crying censorship.
This is a commonly used marketing strategy and clearly some people recognize it when they see it. Wheather it's for political reasons, monetary, some form of personal gain, or just social media platform issues - it's the same "formula".
I'm honestly hoping people will stop resorting to supporting everything and anything that appears to be getting attacked.
That being said, people shouldn't let their hearts turn cold, they should keep asking too many questions aaaand what apple did was protect their own ass, which is technically the correct course of action for a business....
The only way to get around it is to put pressure on apple, or plead your case by listing off all the things you will do to ensure there is no misuse of zaps, which would include moderators... You'd have to do the things that no one really wants...
(Whatever people do, I hope it's amusing.)
Furthermore....
I still believe in free speech and routing for the underdog... However, it doesn't mean people have to let their similar beliefs become an easily exploitable vulnerability.
Certain things that undergo scrutiny and well placed obstacles by the systems threatened by that very thing - whatever it may be - either rise to the challenge and exceed expectations, or they don't.
.... I've been thinking about this a lot.
... Usually people want me to just shut up and go away... I don't foresee that happening anytime soon.

Personally, heard about nostr before, but when you posted about Damus and the Apple situation on Twitter, it really pushed us to try this out. Glad to be here, I'll be spreading the word once I figure out how everything works 😅

And… if this platform believes in freedom as it says, I think it first should start from its home by respecting freedom of people to choose anywhere they want to be active rather than monitoring and questioning them!!! And I believe this platform looks more strong if stops comparing itself to other platforms, trying showing itself better than other platforms…
Every platform has its own beauties & useful to many…!
