I would personally groom pupper myself.
They can be too rough and careless with nails and clippers..
If they’re suspending him they’re worried about liability.

I am so upset :( and I fully agree because he didn’t have this issue in Dubai. I tried to groom him myself during covid, it’s not easy with his curly hair. He looked funny. But I’ll definitely try again so I reduce his “official” grooming appointments to few times a year until we’re settled and he gets used to one groomer & place. 🤍
