Is the winning submission decided by the tagged individuals above or is it based on reposts? (Ie do we need to promote the #artstr note or just post & chill)?

So it will be decided by the individuals tagged. Post and chill but maybe soon we do one based on reposts great idea.

Cool no I love that.

I wouldn’t want to have to keep checking to make sure people see it.

Reposts are easily gamed etc, but maybe something like number of zaps from different individuals (not total zap value) could offer a PoW way to see a post’s impact on people…

Ultimately I’m just here to hang 🤙
