Get it . But isn’t there a general difference in the taste of the grapes...? I'm a Bordeaux fan but it's not always as full-bodied as I like, even though it's the same vintage. I like to know how big the influence of sea air vs mountains is. When I'm a big girl, I'd like to own a little vineyard.:) I am soo curious for your Vino ❤️
Humidity temperature, temperature swings, sun intensity, soil, water amount and timing not to mention different clones of the same variety of grape...then you get into the winemaking, which can lend a very heavy hand.
There's literally endless things that effect wine.
My wine is the highest altitude in North America. That gives it some bright fruit and electric acidity
This is super interesting, thanks for sharing insights. It does seem like an artful, creative process to make wine and give it a memorable flavor kick at best. Electric acidity sounds very interesting. Also, it seems like a work that is done in a rather decelerated manner. I like that very much. Good to have you here, we are learning so much.

So it will be decided by the individuals tagged. Post and chill but maybe soon we do one based on reposts great idea.

Reposts are easily gamed etc, but maybe something like number of zaps from different individuals (not total zap value) could offer a PoW way to see a post’s impact on people…
