Surprisingly, the healthiest part about restaurants is that they use the appropriate amount of salt, where most people are too timid at home. Salt is a miracle #mineral.

What salt brands do you like?

I like Redmond Real kosher for cooking and fine for dissolving in water. It's a full mineral, ancient sea salt with very little microplastics.

We are on the same wavelength. Redmond is what we exclusively use for cooking. Any thoughts on Himalayan Pink Salt?

Most of it is junk.
