I like Redmond Real kosher for cooking and fine for dissolving in water. It's a full mineral, ancient sea salt with very little microplastics.

We are on the same wavelength. Redmond is what we exclusively use for cooking. Any thoughts on Himalayan Pink Salt?

Most of it is junk.
