They do this in Japan and it does NOT work, because it is a small one time gift compared to a long-term investment! What they should do is, any family with more than three children should not have to pay taxes for life!!

Yeah, but what people don't understand is America is the biggest slave Plantation that there is in this world. The way things work here is, you have to pay your taxes to live. If not, you go to jail straight to jail. Everybody is struggling so much here that they don't care about the fix. They just wanna pay the rent. Take a vacation and buy the newest sneakers
