So if there was a regulation to prevent big players do that, it could not happen. There is a lack of regulation on this, free market doesn't obviously stops it and overregulation dictated by elites also doesn't prevent this. Do we have an agreement?

Regulation has never prevented anyone from doing anything. I've been an auditor for way too long to believe in regulation. I am convinced that only moral rectitude can prevent error. Regulation is only there to remind people of a possible source of erro, and if you have too much regulation, you lose that signal. You have to change people's hearts. Reframe the way they think about things, so that they can see the same problems that you see and feel the same urge to avoid those problems.
