Thanks for reporting. This happens with large videos (in terms of resolution) and we have a fix that will be deployed in the next day or so.

As a side note, I would recommend compressing those videos before uploading so they don't take up so much bandwidth for the users scrolling the feed.

Better video handling tools are also in the works to make all this much more seamless in the future.
