Oh that's weird. Pokey is really good. Sometimes Amethyst just misses notifications so you never know. But Pokey is reading directly from your inbox relays so it catches them all.
I've just installed Pokey, so we shall see.

Just make sure you give it full notification access. It must be running in your notification tray in order to catch your notifications.
