On my desk I often will have a video podcast (YouTube) playing on my phone while at work. I look at it only when I want to (such as when the podcaster plays a video clip -- e.g., Daily Wire, Liz Wheeler, Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, etc.).

But when I know I'm listening to an audio-only podcast, I listen on an audio-only podcast player.
