Minimum drinking age must be lowered to 12 or no highway funding for states. Also age of consent raised to 30.

I've got a focus group think tank working on the rest of my platform, they're doing twitter polling to determine what political promises are most likely to get me elected, and my PR team is putting together talking points that will be vague enough that I don't ruffle any feathers and can back out as needed.

I'm also considering scheduling tobacco and alcohol so that they're prescription only, putting them under the purview of the DEA instead of the ATF. Also, deschedule all drugs already scheduled and schedule Tylenol schedule 1, thus putting cocaine under the purview of the FDA.
