They got mixed up with some pretty sketchy custodians. Listen to the latest from nostr:npub1ahxjq4v0zlvexf7cg8j9stumqp3nrtzqzzqxa7szpmcdgqrcumdq0h5ech - she’s affiliated with Swan but discusses the issues with Fortress, their current custodian. Swan’s previous custodian was Prime Trust, which also had major issues and lost client funds in the Luna Terra disaster.
