Made some more progress on the shed/workshop build. Slow and steady but I'm getting there.

Just got the front to do now and work out how i'm doing the roof, and once I've sorted that out it'll be clad in metal siding.

Its been a good few hours..

Thanks 👍🏻

I did an epdm roof on mine wasn't that difficult to do in the end even with the shite weather we had last year.

I'll use the free siding im getting. The question is do i go with a pitched roof or flat sloped..

Theres pros and cons 🤔

I'm leaning towards flat sloped just for ease...

I did flat sloped as the whole thing was sloped due to the way I built it, so it was an easy choice. I like the EPDM now I can put stuff up there when I want to It's guaranteed for 25 years and more importantly it doesn't leak from the crappy roof that was there in the strong wind.

Metal is the easy option for the roof. I like the brick foundation. Just tried laying bricks today, It came out pretty good.

Thanks. Yeah im going with metal siding as I'm getting it donated from a repair job. I think i've decided with a sloping flat roof with deep eaves.

I had never used metal siding before but needed to learn for many upcoming projects. We used the small shed as a #diy self training project. Came out pretty good. Here's a before and after.

Clangtastic in England though with all the rain.

Buy a prefab Steele structure for a few thousand. Engineer stamped just plug and play.

I have a half done project like this. I need inspiration on the roof. Will watch what you do on this!
