Hsw suitcase basically just take a plane of hsw, then 4 hsw sides oriented 90 degrees from that, another plan of hsw for the lid attached to one of the long sides via a hinge. Add a latch. Maybe add a kick stand to hold the lid open when in use. Probably ideally the hinge would have a drop in metal rod for strength.
