Will existing Bitcoin wallets adopt Cashu – or will there only be new wallets specifically designed for ecash?

I'd appreciate if more wallets integrated Cashu into their app. The Cashu Wallet is nice, but the fact that it's a web app makes me very nervous with amounts over 1000 sats. An actual app with perseverance makes a lot more sense for longterm use, IMO. And with that, you can have on-chain, lightning, and ecash all in one.
Write down your seed phrase and you can stop being worried.
I have of course. But the wallet's lack of reliable persistence due to it being a PWA still makes me uncomfortable putting 100k or more onto it. I still use it and think it's the best option for ecash. I just don't use it with higher amounts of sats.
Try both ways first via the implementation, but plan b to have your own up your sleeve
