Guys, I have been trying intermittent fasting and eating only 1 meal per day and I feel amazing.

- losing extra weight rapidly

- clearer mind, better focus

- more energy

- better sleep

It's amazing how something so simple and relatively easy can make such a difference!

Great! I do 16-9 regularly but I often "cheat" with a bulletproof coffee in the morning. Have you tried it? Any thoughts on it?
