For me it’s actively taking risks outside your comfort zone and then internally managing the feelings that arise before during and after those risks.
Not even risk managers can, and they are paid to do it 😂

Counter-intuitive, but I think my behavior has become less risk-averse the older I’ve gotten. Now I just think about the worst possible outcome, most times it’s not as bad as I’ve made it out to be in my head.
I don’t think that’s counter intuitive, as we age we become more aware of the risk hiding around every corner.

Drawing resistance lines do help get a fake sense of control.
