My amendments to the constitution:

- Every regular law expires in 10 years.

- Congress must vote in each law/bill individually.

- Budget of each agency is voted separately.

- Maximum length of any bill is 10 pages.

- Bills must be presented in their final form 2 weeks before the vote.

- Maximum bills voted per day is 10.

Law's definitely done expire.

A lot of shit gets passed without proper voting. (Executive orders and other nonsense.)

Bills are sneaky as shit and will be several hundred pages long and sneak stuff in that's completely unrelated to current proposal.
