Effective money for who? It's certainly effective for those who control it because it allows them to treat the rest of us like their cattle.
I think they do not realize that we don't need their "central" money.

Effective is a subjective term. Central Bank money is 'effective' in manipulating markets to the will of the ruling class but ineffective in stabilizing and storing wealth for middle and working classes.
