Creatine. not Creatinine. (I am sure you ment the former). The latter is waste that builds up in kidneys when your kidneys are breaking.

Pharaceutical psy-op. I know full blown doctors that actually think Creatine is bad for your kidneys because they don't know the difference
Years ago when I first started looking into it I had to go down this rabbit hole.
