Like actually fixed positions? If you think anything in astronomy has a fixed position you're an idiot. I'm not attacking you there just making a note for if I ever hear someone use that word seriously.

Any answer I give will be wrong because I didn't understand the definition. I think it was fixed in relation to the horizon at a certain time of year, but as to why, idk. Ugh, I don't want to go figure it out...
