Itâs because Male hierarchy canât be bought bullied or reasoned with. Either youâre the man or youâre not. You canât gaslight anyone into believing you are higher than you actually are.
Female hierarchy is much flatter. Itâs like a scrum for power.
Also when men are the âboss manâ itâs a burden, whereas women seem to see it as a privilege. Itâs not. lol
