You seem to support Israel a lot. I'm not one or another but I can't say I'm surprised you are a big believer in Kas
Haha this has to be the worst follow on NOSTR. Read the headline and then read the still frame of the video.

Discussion
âYou seem to support Israel a lotâ is subjective vs objective. If youâd like to discuss an objective issue, Iâm happy to facilitate learning between the two of us. If youâre just looking to express your subjective feelings, Iâm not interested.
Iâll add that you ignored my comment to discredit HODLâs ignorant words that didnât support your position, yet scrolled through my feed to find something that supported your bias. Again, rather than challenging objectivity, you looked to reinforce your bias. Imagine HODL preaching about Bitcoin for years (and I donât blame him for that, I have as well), but saying probabilistic finality is bad⊠Then to make matters worse, you and him both ignore the issue when you realize youâre wrong. And then after ignoring it, yourself goes to confirm your bias by implying Kaspa, an open source protocol, is Israel money. Do you use fiat currency? I guess that makes you a _____ (insert adjective). Everybody thatâs contributed to fiat have qualities you can assign malice to.
Oh, and Iâll add:

I have absolutely nothing against Israel. My concern is the founders and project is all based in one country. I am highly skeptical that the world adopt said coin given the ideological opposing views in terms of politics. Furthermore, my biggest concern is the creator was noted on his medium saying he built Kas to get rich. I can't get behind that. Finally, best tech does not meant best money, if that was true, we would have new money backed by new tech every 2 to 3 years.
âMy concern is the founders and project is all based in one country.â
-We use a number of technologies that were largely developed in one country (like Kaspa). Take the dollar, electricity, the automobile, or the internet for example. Do people really sit back and think about if theyâll use it because of where it came from? If youâre saying people wonât use it because of where the core developers have ties to, youâre applying that principle selectively.
âI am highly skeptical that the world adopt said coin given the ideological opposing views in terms of politics.â
-The US dropped multiple huge bombs on Japan less than 100 years ago and they are some of the USâs closest allies today. Politics change with the wind.
-Iâm not sure why you included world adoption in your sentence, as if thatâs the goal.
âFurthermore, my biggest concern is the creator was noted on his medium saying he built Kas to get rich.â
-Please post this here for the context.
-Rich means you control your time and energy. If you use fiat, that somebody else prints, do you control your time and energy? You donât want to control your time and energy? You donât want to be rich? It was fair launched. Whatâs your point?
âFinally, best tech does not meant best money, if that was true, we would have new money backed by new tech every 2 to 3 years.â
-Thatâs not true at all. How many fair-launched, POW coins are there? And how many of those fair-launched POW coins are 1,000x faster. And how many of those coins support smart contracts as a fair-launched POW? âNew techâ doesnât make something money. When you look at the crap created in the last 2-3 years, youâll understand better.
Do people not use Spotify because it was born out of Sweden? Or the QR code because of Japan? What about GPS because it came from the US DOD? Your argument is nonsensical. You only appeal to it because it supports your bias.
Money is very different. Money is our world.
Money is time and energy in abstract form. Full stop.
Sure, I agree.
So what's the plan when a new tech comes out in 2 or 3 years which is better than Kas in every way? Then what? We all jump on the new money?
First, I never said sell all your Bitcoin. It has a store of value achieved. There is plenty of room for both in a growing digital economy.
Second, you first have to define what needs to be better or what the problem is that drives âbetterâ. Can you define what a better version would look like? As a fair-launched POW⊠if Kaspa is secure, if Kaspa can scale for P2P, if Kaspa can scale smart contracts for stable coins and tokenized assets⊠What Does the ânext new techâ need to be able to do? Do you see what Iâm saying? Should the new tech cook us dinner? We have to name a problem to entertain a hypothetical question such as, âwhat do we do when there comes a better tech?â
âȘCan you comment on your selfless creator of kas who was noted as saying he created Kaspa to get rich on his medium? I saw it with my own eyes on Bitcoin University's YT Video. Seems like a guy we should support and pump his bags /s âŹ
I asked you to post that Medium post for context. Share what he said. Truth matters.
Check out Bitcoin University's video on Kaspa which is on YouTube.
It's right there clear as day.
I trust you will be disappointed just like myself.
Have a good weekend.
Iâve read the medium article. I was trying to get you to read the article so that you would see the context of how that was written. His sentence starts with âsecondlyâ. When you go to work, do you hope to yourself that you work hard so that you can become poor? His primary reason for making Kaspa was to fulfill Satoshiâs vision. It says as much in the medium article. However, you didnât read it. Youâre just reinforcing your biases, again. Bitcoin was created to preserve wealth. To gain riches. Nobody uses cryptocurrency and says I hope I get poor.
Every single argument youâve presented thus far makes zero sense. Just like everybody else on this platform that I have talked to, they worship at the church of bitcoin and canât objectively assess an issue.
Iâll reiterate, one more time, I love bitcoin. I buy it every week. Itâs an excellent store of value. But it has not fulfilled Satoshiâs vision and the federal government and stable coins are not going away. There is room for both in a growing digital economy. Itâs saddens me to see such lack of objectivity on this platform.
You're not listening.
The context is "secondly, to get rich".
This is not a selfless man and frankly I find it strange to write such a thing.
I wish you the best of luck. I don't believe in Kaspa and I would happily look at another project that has better tech in the future.
With technology these days advancing so fast I have no doubt another break through will come along in a year or two . I'll happily make a speculative play on something in the future.
Good luck to you buddy.
Itâs amazing that you told me I wasnât listening and then repeated back to me what I just typed to you.
You donât know this man at all, so you have no idea what his character is. Secondly, he created a technology nobody else has been able to and fair-launched it. Objectively, it is selfless.
Technology advancing to fix what problem? You still didnât answer that question.
Ive been objective. Youâre talking about a manâs character you donât know and saying itâs strange for a man to want to preserve his wealth in what he does for a living. Pretty ignorant.
Dude it's like you are forcing me to accept Kaspa is a legitimate project. I don't. The fact you have a known creator amongst other things I don't like Kaspa. I wish you the best.
Iâm not forcing you to do anything haha. At this point Iâm trying to show you that the points youâre arguing make zero sense. If youâre cool with having an illogical argument, then so be it.
My arguments are not illogical. Over the last year Kas has nothing but destroyed wealth during a bull market. Once again - all the best to you .
And now you want to argue your time preference on spot price⊠again, illogical. This is the dumbest argument of all. Should I pick a year that Bitcoin went down 75% and argue spot price? Zoom out. Itâs up 47,000% in 3 years. Again, another illogical argument. Any Bitcoiner should know better than this. Iâm disappointed in the lack of critical thought.
Okay mate .. absolutely no way I'm buying a speculative coin after it's gone up 47,000%. Thank you for reaffirming my bear case amongst other considerations. Let's leave it there. Agree to disagree my friend. God bless.
I appreciate your enthusiasm for KAS. So what do you do when a better version of KAS comes in 2 to 3 years? Do we all jump on them?
Can you define what a better version would look like? In order to name a better version, you have to first state problems with the current version.
And to be explicit, I own BTC. I buy it every week. Itâs a great store of value. But itâs not perfect. This is evident in many ways. âNever sell your Bitcoinâ is one of them.
