Setting up zaps is still the biggest roadblock.

On Zapstream users get a custodian ZS wallet upon signup. No external wallet needed and the people who are already on nostr generally already have a LN wallet configured.

They generally have one configured because they are generally bitcoiners. That's a problem. There will never be new people using it without an easy wallet setup.
