I have two phones. One with everything I consider addictive, bad for mental health, a waste of time etc… and one with all the things that make everyday life more useful. It’s a good system.

what keeps you from adding the bad stuff to the good phone? or being on the bad phone too much? I have tried many ways of breaking my phone addiction with no success. I even got a wise phone and a light phone but they were not even good for calls or texts which was a problem.
