With Sparrow, I think I have two option. To set it up airgapped with oracle (their virtual secure element) (keys are saved on the device) or set it up as a signing device (keys do not persist) with seed QR.

I have a Coldcard too, what do you think about having 2 separate wallets vs multisig?
