You should be embarrassed if you actually believe the French govt has attacked and arrested the CEO of Telegram because they care about stopping scammers and criminals.
Seriously grow up. Stop believing total nonsense because it sounds pretty.
That is what they want to do, only they view those enabling free speech as the criminals
