People can shit on X all they want, but they can’t deny it offers enough value that people are willing to endure its shortcomings. Hard pill to swallow if you are counting on its imminent demise.

I don't care if X exists or not & acknowledge most consumers (eyeballs) are on centralised platforms. This heavily incentivises content creators to publish there.

I have far more respect for the opinions of those who publish on a permissionless protocol. They currently have little financial incentive to do so but they must see its potential.

I've been off X for a couple of years now & I won't be KYCing to use social media.

You can use xcancel.com to browse X without KYC

At the end of the day the information is what matters most imo. The virtues of the medium in which they are communicated is less important to me anyway.

There’s very narrow and limited signal on higher purely because almost no one is here.

Thanks man.

I keep forgetting that site exists.

I agree with the signal aspect. In the end it became very hard to remove the noise from the signal.

Agreed. I only search for people that I like, so I don’t get distracted by the noise.

thanks i thought nitter was long dead
