I fucked up my back snowboarding a few years ago and had stopped deadlifting entirely.
I recently got back into and can now pull 225 for reps. Still pretty weak honestly, but I’m excited about it.

Yeah. My disc doesn’t bother me that much anymore, I’ve kind of learned how to deal with that.
That’s good. Increasing grip strength is the best way to increase deadlifts without stressing your back
