I just read an article about how bad it is the other day only to see it happen right in front of me
It's everywhere. I work downtown in a small Canadian city, population around 70K. I have seen like 10 OD this summer, and I've had to give it out store Narcan kit out many times. I work right across from the park where the homeless congregate, so I get to see it all.
