so many messaging apps and all of them are garbage. We need an app where to cost 21 sats or so to send someone a DM and the receiver of the DM, gets the Satoshi.

What does this mean. Less jargon please.
The new Nostr DM system gets another player which might not even use relays, which enhances the privacy of everyone.
My understanding is that Bitchat uses a form of Bluetooth for P2P communication. Basically radio. NIP 17 would allow Bitchat to seamlessly switch to Nostr chat if a relay is available, or vice versa? Do I have that right?
