It has always been and always will be just an excuse to create registries. Who is going to tell you what indicators they are using to decide your age? What will they do about all the incidental collection and where is it stored?
(Eg: they listen to your voice for indications of youth… but that also includes your video essay on controversial opinion X… who is to say they won’t make a separate bin for controversial takes? Since gen Z is more right wing than millennials, would controversial takes actually be a strike towards deeming you young?)
We need a permanently permissionless internet.
