Most likely you will. Free storage does exist but it's often limited on quality or length of video. If you want to upload a lot of videos or long videos, you are most likely going to have to pay for a nostr storage provider or run your own. This would include nostr.build or Primal premium for example.

You'll need to run some sort of media server. Ultimately it's just a web server with images stored on it, but you can run a Blossom server, which is something that many Nostr clients support.
