You can also use #Obtainium not only can you search apps up from the main F-Droid repo and add the URL for apps you want to track and update, you can also add apps from other sources such as GitHub release pages, as well as other sites (AuroraOSS Nightly release page for example). This way you can manage all your apps in a clean centralised place without the need for multiple app stores, rss feed readers etc.
