I'm retired, own no property, have zero debt, lease month-to-month, own virtually nothing, no kids or dependents other than a cute girlfriend, minimal bank balance, and some corn. I'm content AF. Being fiat-poor with no long-term commitments and having freedom to maneuver is better than being rich in my opinion. No comparison whatsoever.
