If you go to https://stacker.news and hit publish to nostr itll auto publish to all the long form kind sites like habla. Youd need some kind of signing browser extension like nos2x and the ability to pay a small invoice.

IMHO long posts are much better on SN than nostr.
Nostr is more for memes and short notes.
Post the long form on SN and then post the SN link on nostr.
Even that you have also your substack, post the long form on SN and at the end insert also the substack link.
Win-Win situation.
