Maybe a Bolbitiaceae family mushroom that is likely poisonous (like most mushrooms) and hallucinogenic. In general, fungi in your soil are beneficial. I wouldn’t worry about the spores unless you see a large volume dusted on an adjacent lettuce leaf.
