Same. Been perfecting ”taco pancakes” for two weeks without getting bored. 1 egg, 150g flour, 10g corn starch, 10g casein (optional protein boost), 1g salt, 2dl water and some parmesan cheese for extra flavor. All into a protein shake bottle, shake and keep in fridge. Then fry fast in cast iron pan, grease with a stick of butter after each bread. Don’t need to do dishes for cast iron, just grease it. 😎😇😋
