Something changed with network config, firewall ports, database connections, hostnames etc.?

When I curl the server it’s not even my server… wtf. I wonder if it’s a cloudflare dns issue

Possible, might have to clear cache for cloudflare

Is your DNS pointing to 99.83.154.118? If that’s not your server IP then you might have to look into public DNS for your server.
