Not for years. It used to be wake up, 10 push ups, 10 pull ups, breakfast, gym, shower, work. My excuses these days are plenty 🫠

I couldn’t be present for people I loved because I was working in a way that kept me super regimented to a schedule/clock is all :)

I can do like 3-4 rn. Most I ever got up to was 5.

got up to 8-10 3-4 years ago, australian pull-ups, dips and many other complimentary exercises helped me get there
