Damn son. I max out at like 30 rn. I can do about 30 full clean pushups in about a min.
Thatβs not bad at all. I canβt do 50 every day, but I get there every so often πΆπΎπ«‘
My problem is I hate doing pushups, so I usually only do them 2 or 3 times a week which has made my progression quite slow. A year ago I could do about 20.

- I start everyday by putting on workout clothes because it makes me more likely to actually work out.
- Brush teeth.
- Drink a glass of water. I prefer caffeine later in the morning after workout.
Husband. Wakes up, cold shower, exercise, warrior pose, pushups, kettlebels, goes make scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee. Lost like 25 kilos 2-3 years ago and manages to keep it.
My routine is go to the bathroom woth yelling kid on leg, go to the door where he exercises naked, tell him to fuck off since both kids are on me already, tend to them, drink his coffee later.
my wife wakes me up at 5pm every evening ... I work overnights so my 5 pm is ur 5 am
but anyways yea she wakes me up with a blunt already rolled.
I wake and bake before exiting my bed
obviously
then I hurry real fast to do hygiene πͺ₯ stuff and get dressed
out tha door 4 work by 6pm
my routine isn't set in stone but there are things that I usually do before I start my day.
eat something. these days I really like apple and oatmeal.
drink something. tea these days since I have to minimize caffeine. otherwise I'd be making a coffee, pour over or aeropress.
write down what I want to get done for the day, either on paper or on my phone.
unload the dishwasher so it can be filled throughout the day.
