my routine isn't set in stone but there are things that I usually do before I start my day.
eat something. these days I really like apple and oatmeal.
drink something. tea these days since I have to minimize caffeine. otherwise I'd be making a coffee, pour over or aeropress.
write down what I want to get done for the day, either on paper or on my phone.
unload the dishwasher so it can be filled throughout the day.
