#75hard half way

1. Follow a diet, no alcohol

2. 2 forty five minute workouts per day (this is the hardest part to make space for)

3. 1 gallon H2O (tough when flying fwiw)

4. Read 10 pages (easiest)

5. Take a photo of your progress (a motley assortment)
