Almost every single time I took at face value and repeated what the corporate media said, I ended up embarrassed how untrue or gaslighting it was with just a cursory examination.
It’s absolutely incredible to me how many people *live* by this and don’t even comprehend that they’ve never verified anything. When you call them out, they literally say “but this person said it! You can’t handle facts.”
Perfect Dunning Kruger, they are too stupid to even know that they are incapable of genuine thought and their entire worldview is an appeal to authority.
